Like I have said before… you requested and I listened. Let’s talk about the Sports Bra.
There are always so many questions about what I am wearing when I am working out but one of the most popular question almost every time is… [What is that sports bra and where is it from?]. For all of the many different workouts I do there is always that preferred sports bra for that particular activities. Since we do not do all the same activities I thought I would divide them up for you as low support, medium support, high support and just plan FUN. Then you can decide which is best for you!
