GET OUTSIDE and MOVE

The only thing we have!

I know you already know… Run everyday… but now, even more it feels like we don’t have many other options but to put our legs in use and start moving. I have been asked over and over again to post workouts and to share what I am doing during this crazy, anxious time… so here it goes.

The first thing to keep in mind… Like all my workouts I share, be sure to make them your own and do them at whatever pace feels good to you. Remember to push yourself but also stay safe and make sure at the end of it all you feel good about what you just did.

The things you will need: 

  1. A device that tracks your distance
  2. Sneakers
  3. The outdoors

5 min. warm up JOG 

ROUND 1

3 rounds of 800’s  (this should be done at a stride like pace. Not a full sprint but not a Jog) 

RUN 800 meters.

WALK for 2 mins.

Repeat 3X through

ROUND 2

4 rounds of 400’s  (this should be done at a stride like pace. Not a full sprint but not a Jog) 

RUN 400 meters.

WALK for 1 mins.

Repeat 4 X through

DONE

Should take about 30/40 mins. depending how fast you run!

Crush a workout and get a sweat in. XOXO.
