Take the treadmill workout outside… and just RUN!

Alright, soooooo… I have been getting a lot of request to share some of my outdoor runs. I know some people do not have access to a treadmill right now due to the gyms being closed and my suggestion to that is…  take the treadmill outdoors.

Here is what you need: 
  • The outdoors
  • Running shoes
  • Music helps
  • A device that keeps time (A phone or watch)
Lets get started: 

Warm up: 5 minute jog

Walk for 1 minute

5 rounds–> 40 seconds RUN – 20 seconds WALK

——–

3 rounds–> 30 seconds RUN – 15 seconds WALK

Walk for 1 minute 

3 rounds –> 30 seconds RUN – 15 seconds WALK

Walk for 1 minute 

3 rounds –> 30 seconds RUN – 15 seconds WALK

Walk for 1 minute 

——–

3 rounds—> 1 minute RUN – 30 seconds WALK

Walk for 1 minute 

——–

4 rounds-–> 20 seconds RUN – 10 seconds WALK

Walk for 1 minute 

4 rounds—> 20 seconds RUN – 10 seconds WALK

 

DONE 

 

Go get moving. Do not let this be an excuse that you stop moving.
