It is the new year and why not set yourself up with some new challenges.

I have put together a HARD one this time around and I want you to GET – AFTER – IT. With that in mind, when I say it’s hard I am not saying that to scare you, I just want you to ramp it up! Keep in mind you can always make adjustments in anyway that you want or need to! Even if you only start with Round 1 and build into the other Rounds that is perfect!

NEW CHALLENGES – WARM UP

2 minute Walk – into a 3 minute Jog

Round 1

Sprint for 30 seconds – RECOVER 10 seconds (step off)

1- 9.0 speed

2- 9.5 speed

3- 10 speed

Walk for 1 minute

Repeat 3x

Round 2

Set Incline to 5

8 speed – 30 seconds on 20 seconds off

9 speed- 30 seconds on 20 seconds off

Set your incline to 6

8 speed- 30 seconds on 30 seconds off

9 speed- 30 seconds on 30 seconds off

Round 3

Sprint 30 seconds – RECOVER 15 seconds (step off)

1- 9.0 speed

2- 9.5 speed

3- 10 speed

Walk 1 min

Repeat 3x

Round 4 – FINISHER

5 sprints – 30 seconds on 30 seconds off

Sprint 1, 2, 3 @9.5 speed

Sprint 4, 5 @10 speed

DONE
