I am not going to lie to you. I never have on this platform and I wont stop now. This is a hard workout. I do not say that to scare you… I say that to be real with you and know that yes, I struggled with it but it made me better and I want it to make you better. I do not expect you to be perfect … but it starts by trying.

Get after it!

Warm up: 

Start with a 2 min brisk walk
3 min jog – starting at 5 speed. Bump up to 6 and 7 speed within this 3 minutes.

***Round 1***

INCLINE 1 — 9.0 speed — Sprint for 30 seconds

Step off for 15 seconds recovery

INCLINE to 4 — 9.0 speed — Sprint for 30 seconds

Step off for 15 seconds recovery

REPEAT THAT SERIES 3X TOTAL  

1 min walk

***Round 2***

10 speed — Sprint for 30 seconds

Step off and rest for 20 seconds

Repeat 5X
Recover with a 1 min. walk.

AGAIN…

10 speed — Sprint for 30 seconds

Step off and rest for 20 seconds

Repeat 5x
Now … walk for 1 min.

***Round 3***

INCLINE 1 — 9.5 speed — Sprint for 30 seconds

Step off for 15 seconds recovery

INCLINE to 4 — 9.5 speed — Sprint for 30 seconds

Step off for 15 seconds recovery

REPEAT THAT SERIES 3X TOTAL

Walk for 1 min and prep for the FINAL ROUND

***Round 4***

3 Sprints Total

INCLINE 2 — 10 Speed — Sprint for 30 seconds — Step off for 30 seconds
INCLINE 4 — 10 Speed — Sprint for 30 seconds — Step off for 30 seconds
INCLINE 6 — 10 Speed — Sprint for 30 seconds — Step off for 30 seconds
