Did daylight savings time give anyone else L I F E ? Well, after getting through the time change and tiredness… seeing it stay just a little lighter for just a little longer gave me all the life in the world.

Now, back to Treadmill Tuesday! Here we goooooooooo….

Warm up: 

Start with 2 min brisk walk
3 min jog – starting at 5 speed. Bump up to 6 and 7 speed within this 3 minutes.

Round 1: (flat road warm up sprints)

30 seconds sprint — step off for 30 seconds  – 9 Speed
Repeat 3x

Round 2: (incline sprints)

30 seconds sprint – 9 speed and 6 incline
Step off and rest for 30 seconds
Repeat 3X

Round 3: (flat road sprints)

30 seconds sprint — step off for 30 seconds –  10 Speed
Repeat 3x

Round 4: (Hill Sprints)

30 seconds sprint – 9 speed and 6 incline
Step off and rest for 30 seconds
Repeat 3X

Round 5: (flat road sprints)

30 seconds sprint — step off for 30 seconds  – 10 Speed
Repeat 3x

Break: 2 minute walk 

Round 6: (Finisher)

Sprint at 10 speed for 20 seconds — step off for 10 seconds
Every time you step off to recover for 10 seconds, bump the incline 1.
Once you get the incline to 5 – start to work your way back down
This will be 10 sprints total!
