I love Thanksgiving week. I love everything about it! Food, family, wine, football, shopping. Should I keep going? Honestly, if I stopped at those 5 things I would be pretty set for life!

My mindset with workouts this week does not change much from the norm, but I will try and stress it again… my advice, stay ahead of the game. Yes, it is a holiday but I KNOW you can still find time to squeeze in workouts. I am not saying to not fully indulge yourself in all of the above things, but get your workouts in!

So, this weeks TREADMILL TUESDAY is in honor of the TURKEY. Get after it!

/ TURKEY BURNER /

WARM UP

5 min. warm up – Start with a brisk walk and slowly turn the walk it into a jog

1 min walk 

I- Hill BUMPS 

30 seconds ON – 30 seconds OFF
9.0 Speed – 5 incline
9.0 Speed – 6 incline
9.0 Speed – 7 incline
 1 min SPRINT at 9.0 speed- 1 incline – off 30 seconds.

Repeat that series 3X TOTAL

1 min walk [Prep yourself for next series] 

II- SHORT BUMPS

30 second sprint TOTAL – BUMP TO 3 incline when you have run 15 seconds
20 seconds recovery

Repeat 4X TOTAL

1 min walk [Prep yourself for next series] 

III- Finisher – TURKEY BURNER

20 seconds on- 10 seconds off

Repeat 5X 

Bump 1 incline each time. (You will finish at 5 incline) 

Walk 1 minute
Repeat
20 seconds on- 10 seconds off

Repeat 5X 

Bump 1 incline each time. (You will finish at 5 incline)
