I know some of you are thinking plaid and your are cringing. Having it take you back to your teen years where you had to put on a plaid jumpsuit for school everyday. Others, like me, did not have a uniform for school everyday so I am all about the plaid. Either way, stick with me because I have discovered some cute finds for you to style your plaid whatever way you want!
Wide Leg Crop Pants — These pants hit mid calf so my opinion is to pair them with a higher shoe. Be sure to show off your waist by adding a body suite to this or making sure you tuck in your top. ***BONUS: these have pockets that don’t give you that unflattering, extra hip look!
Skinny Knit Twill Pant — The “skinny jean” look only in plaid. Pair these with a solid top and you have a styling outfit that easily takes you from the office to happy hour!
Puffer Plaid Scarf — This can turn a boring outfit to someone asking you “where did you get that?” It would also be perfect for travel since you can put this scarf to use as a pillow on the plane!
Reversible Tooth Scarf — A giant cozy scarf, and its reversible! Order me five!
Shearling Slide Slippers — Take your average slippers up a notch but giving them a makeover with plaid!
Plaid Skirt — I love the vibrant colors in this skirt. I know black is great but adding some color with plaid is good for the soul!
Plaid Coat — Another pick with vibrant colors. This can easily be dressed up with “work pants” or dressed down and more “causal” with jeans and booties. Making it a “wear all the time piece”.
Plaid Jumpsuit — A jumpsuit is always a good idea. Pair this plaid print with either a black blazer or black leather jacket and you are good to go!
