I NEEDED a pair of specific jeans. It was one of those things where I could draw a picture of what I wanted these “specific jeans” to look like that I would label as my “run around jeans.” With the specific look in mind, I tried on about 20 different pairs and every pair I tried on was wrong, wrong, wrong. Finally, I found the classic Levi’s brand and BOOM, sold.
These checked all the boxes…
- Straight leg (boyfriend style).
- High waisted. <Do I need to say anything more?>
- They can have a few rips but I would prefer none at all on these “specific jeans”.
- A lighter denim wash <I felt like I had enough of the dark wash>.
- UNDER $100.00
Those five things seemed pretty basic to me but you wouldn’t believe how long it took me. I probably was being extra picky, but why shouldn’t I be. These ended up having amazing stretch, fit perfectly in the legs, had good length (landing right above the ankle) and of course the high waist cut is always a MUST. Thank you Levi’s! Sometimes it worth just going with those classic and iconic brands. If the company has been around as long as Levi’s, they are probably doing something right!
