Winter can be long… (like never ending) and when there is a touch of that spring feeling in the air it feels like it has been forever since any of our skin has seen the sun!

I will admit, sitting on the sofa and just finding time to “lounge” is tough for me. Always, I find myself doing something or better yet, looking for something to do. I am not and never will be someone who will feel comfortable sitting on the sofa for hours on hours. Its just not me.
I am a bargain shopper – or I should just say I am sucker for a good deal. So, when I saw a few blogs and saw a bunch of posts about this famous “Warmest Jacket Ever, under $130.00 Amazon Coat” … I had to see for myself. So I bought it.
Jean on Jean. Its a funny thing and sometimes I go to pair it together in my head and I say to myself…
“no, that will look ridiculous”
And then I see some cute girl walk by and she’s rocking Jean on Jean and it looks great!
Its frigid out, its winter but you still want to look cute! I totally get it and I have the solution… The TEDDY Coat!
It’s all the rage right now and trust me you do not have to pay a fortune to find a cute one! This is how I look at it. If I dont spend a lot on one… that means I can get a few! That’s how it works right? 🙂
I have picked some of my favorites that I have added to my collection.
Now, go teddy up and stay warm!
XOXO. Kel
- Shaggy Fur Coat — The color and texture on this coat is what made me fall in love with it right away.
- Sheepskin Coat — This coat comes in three colors and at this price you can afford all three!
- Oversized Pea coat — The combination of this being a pea coat with the fur feeling makes you feel like you are getting the best of both worlds!
- Sherpa Jacket — This spring color tricks you in thinking it is warmer then it really is… but we will take whatever we can get, right?
- Faux Fur Bomber — The length and look of this jacket gives you the option to dress it up or look more casual. Getting multiple looks out of this coat.

Hot sun, tan skin, no jacket needed… sounds good to me! I do love the summer… BUT it is a real thing that it gets COLD here in Baltimore and even though we like to say we have all four season here it does seem like winter is rolling in fast this year. I have finally packed away all of the shorts and flip flops and my boots stash has made it to the front of the closet.
I love shoes any time of the year, but, one of my favorite looks this time of year is the over the knee boot, better known as the OTK Boot. I will be blunt with you..the reason I love the OTK boot so much is because I think they look stylish on everyone!
Now, you have to know how to style them of course but, my favorite way to style them is with a dress or a skirt. I prefer to show a little leg when styling them. BUT, you always have the option to pair them with jeans or leggings and they are the perfect transition piece to take you from fall to winter.
Below I pair them with a long sleeve dress (that is under $25.00) and an oversized blanket scarf. This dress is great, it’s super soft material, it’s affordable, it comes in a few other colors and IT HAS POCKETS! Wear it with a pair of OTK boots like I have or if it is a really cold pair it with a pair of jeans or leggings.
So, go get yourself some cute OTK Boots and before you know it, it will be warm again!

This type of weather always makes me want to snuggle up into something comfy and cozy. I know what you all are thinking, just put on your favorite pair of leggings and an oversize sweatshirt and be done with it.
Yes, thats all great but not acceptable when you have to go some place other then your sofa or to run a few errands.
Problem solved… the oversized cardigan. Call it what you want but this is basically a big- cozy – blanket- like – sweater that looks cute, put together and is super comfortable.
I have done some research for you and I am sharing some that I already have or are on the way into my shopping cart for purchase.I live in these things and if you have no idea what to pair it with I will make it simple for you…
- Booties
- High Waisted Jeans
- A bodysuit
- … and your cardigan 🙂
Happy Shopping!

Ok, so I have a bit of a problem when it comes to sweater cardigans. That’s what they are called right?
Well, you know the ones I am talking about… the ones you want to snuggle up in, the ones you find yourself wearing every weekend and they seem to go with e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g. Yup, I have, um, about 100 of this style hanging in my closet and I am not opposed to getting more. I love how it ties the entire outfit together with a cozy, effortless look. Not to mention how cozy they are as the cold temps start to roll in.
With all of that said this one (pictured below) I recently bought has become my favorite. The fabric is so soft and the light grey coloring allows you to basically pair it with anything. I knew I had 100 other ones but I feel in love with the fit and it was so snuggly I HAD TO HAVE IT!
I went true to size and I have worn it with everything from…
- Leggings, a tank top and cool sneakers
AND
- Jeans, a camisole tank top and Booties (just like what is pictured)
AND
- A jersey dress with over the knee fall boots
It seriously is the perfect fall sweater. Order now and let me know what you think.
Happy Shopping!

As I am sure most of you have realized by now I really do love dressing up! I love the entire process about it.
Thinking about the look I want to create.
Shopping for the look.
Putting the look together.
Executing the entire thing with a night out.
Ok, you’re right… its not that serious but my point is I love a good, feel good, dressed up look.
So, when I was headed to an event and could not find the perfect black jumpsuit I had created in my head, I decided I would create it myself. Thinking, if I could pair a bodysuit and my favorite high waisted, wide leg pants together it would create the perfect look I was going for. DONE! I added a good pair of high heels, an off the shoulder kimono sweater and a simple clutch and I was set.
Keep in mind you can do this with any style bodysuit your prefer and these pants (which I have featured before) are a pair of many that can work to create this look.
Happy Shopping and like always… thanks for following along in this thing we call life.
XOXO.

I am obsessed. Yes, as you guys know I’m obsessed with Jumpsuits… but this one is REALLY, REALLY good.
When I look for a jumpsuit I always like it to fit perfectly in all the right places. I know that sounds somewhat obvious with any piece of clothing but it’s extra important when picking the right jumpsuit.
Things I LOVE about this one:
- It hits perfectly high on your waist (high waisted everything, duh).
- The low cut style, both in the front AND the back make it sexy yet still classy. The perfect tie detail holds everything in place too.
- The small detail of the slits up side of the leg allows the pant portion to flow easily and give you a wide leg feeling.
- This COLOR! Red is sometimes out of peoples comfort zone but its always good when you can add a pop of color to your wardrobe, especially this time of year.
I am wearing a small here and I would say this fits true to size. Something to note, if you do not like the low cut in the front there is an option to pin it a little higher so it is not as low cut. It’s always good to have options!
XOXOX,
Kel
