I have determined that it is all about the details that takes a look from OK to Great! And when you get really good you can find those details. Just once piece can make the entire outfit.
Let me explain a little better what I mean by that.
Since my last instagram post about the completion of my most recent half marathon. I have been getting a ton of questions and request to fill you guys in on everything from my race prep, to my day-of mindset and so much more. My hope is I can answer all of those questions here. Like always, please do not hesitate to ask me any other questions that I may not answer.
Cheetah print, leopard print, animal print… I don’t really care what you call it. IT IS IN and I LOVE IT. I know I know, it has been popular and “IN” for a little bit now, BUT I have noticed it more and more and adding it to any outfit is ALWAYS a good idea.
It’s turning chilly and I am ALWAYS freezing. No, I am serious. Even in the summer I find myself feeling chilly. For Fall, that means I turn to the Long pants and top look for most #outfitofthenights these days. This is somewhat of a struggle for me though, because honestly, that can be way boring! That leaves me searching for cute tops and ones that can make the basic jeans look, not look so basic.
Suede screams fall and again it’s another perfect transitional piece that adds great texture to any outfit. I prefer to keep the rest of the look simple and let the skirt speak for itself. In these three looks I pair all styles with the same top and same pair of shoes and you can see how each look gives a slightly different look by just changing the style of the suede skit.
The best part about this look is when temps get a little cooler just add a leather jacket and some over the knee boots and you are good to go!
Pair your black tank top and fun heels with a skirt that has extra flare and adds a little extra spice to the outfit.
You see this skirt sold everywhere and the reason that is, is because YOU NEED IT IN YOUR CLOSET!!! It is a BASIC for your wardrobe this time of year. It checks off all the needs for any and all skirts. High waisted, not to tight, flares at all the right places, trust me here!
If you are like me, almost all things in your closet turn a little darker shade when it comes to colder months. I seem to buy everything in black. I cant say I will stop but here is a perfect way to add a pop of color to your look through the fall months. You are still sticking to that fall color palette but you add just a touch of a color in a simple way.
